The "Amadeus Brass Quintet" was founded in the year 2000 by a colombian trombonist,
Rodrigo Mora Pinzón. Since
then, the group has participated
in numerous concerts and
festivals in Austria and Europe.
In February, 2004, the
ensemble was awarded the
"cultural prize of Tullnerfeld"
(in Lower Austria).


Our varied repertoire allows us to adapt to your expectations and offer you the appropriate concert program. Our music includes barock, viennese classic, romantic, contemporary, modern, jazz and swing styles. From Bach to Bernstein, or Mozart to Strauss you will enjoy each and every piece. was born, in Tulln, Austria. He attended the Vienna Music Conservatory from 1991-99 and graduated with honors in Instrumental Music Pedagogy and Trumpet Performance. From 1991-93, he attended the conducting course of the Lower Austria Band Association. Mr. Hemmelmayer has been teaching in the Schools of Music in Tulln, Neulengbach, Laabental and Sieghartskirchen since 1995. Since January, 2000, he is Director of the School of Music in Neulengbach and conductor of the city Band. Karl Hemmelmayer plays trumpet in a variety of ensembles and orchestras throughout Austria in addition to his solo appearances.
